The commercial activities of AIPTEK International and Etchegaray Consultants & Associates, they are governed by the laws of the countries where both companies develop activities (R.O.C., China, Germany, United States of America and Uruguay) and also for the International Commercial law to the one that the respective countries have adhered to appropriately.

Reading and analyzing all the documents exhibited in this web site, it is deduced clearly that AIPTEK INC has not only acted against all norms and regulations of the International Commercial Rights that regulate the business dealings among companies in the countries where it acts and there is also forcing the Fair Trade Law that at level of the Republic of China (R.O.C. - Taiwan) they regulate the behavior that all the Taiwanese companies should complete.

At the year 2005, World Trade Organization, is the main international organization to that all these countries adhere to which regulates the business dealings between companies and countries.

Uruguay, where are Etchegaray Consultants & Associates headquarter, is member of the GATT from December 6th of 1953 and of the World Trade Organization from January 1st of 1995 (foundation date)

The Separates Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu's (Chinese Taipei or Republic of China)where are AIPTEK's headquarter, are members of the WTO from January 1st 2002.

United States of America is member of the GATT from January 1st of 1948 and of the World Trade Organization from January 1st 1995 (foundation's date).

Germany, where AIPTEK has the entrance door to the European Community through AIPTEK International GmbH, is GATT member from October 1st of 1951 and of the World Trade Organization from January 1st, 1995 (foundation date)

Finnaly, China is member of the World Trade Organization from December 11st of 2001
